You'll see mood boards, elevations, and — where needed — 3D renderings so there are no surprises. We refine together until the plan feels exactly right, then lock in a comprehensive scope of work and transparent pricing.

Build

With plans finalized and permits in hand, our construction team gets to work. You'll have a single point of contact and receive regular progress updates throughout the build. We coordinate all trades, maintain clean and organized job sites, and address any questions as they come up. Our goal is a renovation experience that feels as good as the finished product.

Reveal

The moment you've been waiting for. We do a detailed walkthrough together to review every element of the finished space, address any final touch-ups, and hand over your beautifully transformed home. We also provide care and maintenance guidance for your new finishes so everything stays looking its best for years to come.
