Architectural Design
Floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings developed collaboratively. We coordinate with structural engineers and energy consultants to ensure your home meets code, performs well, and looks exactly how you imagined.
Permits & Approvals
We handle the full permit process with your municipality — building permits, site plan approvals, septic and well permits where applicable. No paperwork headaches for you.
Site Work & Foundation
Excavation, grading, foundation walls, waterproofing, and backfill. We coordinate with surveyors and inspectors to ensure everything is precisely positioned and built to last.
Framing & Envelope
Structural framing, roofing, windows, doors, and exterior cladding. Your home takes shape and is sealed tight against the elements.
Interior Finishing
Mechanical rough-ins, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint, and fixtures. Sara leads the interior design selections while Jaden oversees construction quality at every stage.

How long does a custom home take to build?
Most custom homes take 10-14 months from breaking ground to move-in, depending on size and complexity. The design and permitting phase typically adds 2-4 months before construction begins.
Do I need to have a lot already?
Not necessarily. We can help you evaluate potential lots for buildability, zoning, servicing, and orientation before you purchase. It's actually better to involve us early so we can flag any issues.
Can I make changes during construction?
Yes — within reason. Early-stage changes (before framing) are usually straightforward. Later changes may affect timeline and budget, but we'll always discuss the impact transparently before proceeding.
